That's good. A small metal tool box lined with non conductive material is good also. I have seen some guys use those cookie tins you get at Christmas time. My wife never knows what to do with them, but the tin is good quality so I use it for building and magnet hatches.

Our last army surplus store in the ara closedyears ago. I have been using ceramic flower pot with the bottom water catch as a lid. Works well, cheap and available from your local supermarket, OSH or garden supply. ENJOY

I use ammo cans purchased on eBay. There are always plenty of them available.

I got a small cash box at OSH, that works well and was cheap. Right now I don't have too many batteries, and I can fit them in the removable sectioned money tray.

I bought a small fireproof safe at Target, I ran velcro strips on top and bottom to hold the packs in place (I put a velcro strip on the packs to help secure them in the plane anyway)

You can get the same safe at wal-mart, staples, office max, etc. You can get a couple of different sizes in a similar price range, and if you catch them on sale you can probably save five bucks or so.

Here is a link to one at staples. http://www.staples.com/office/suppli...s_10051_SEARCH

Ditto the fire proof safes. Mine looks like an oversized brief case. Got it at Wally World for $20.00. Makes a great tote too for carrying all your packs to and from.

Not only that, it has a key lock, just to keep pesky buds from stealing your packs.
