speed control Question

I have a phenix 25 speed control and it is rated at running 25 amps continuos and 35 amp surges.Wanted to know if I could run this speed control with my e-flight 480 brsless motor, the specs on the motor says 22 amps low and 28 amps high.If common sense is common sense then it would work right? 25 amp compare to 22 and 35 amp surge compare to 28 high amps but I dont know much about this electric stuff. Thanks in advance!

Yes, the 25 amp will work fine.
