My CX3 has had this problem since the day I have owned it. The aileron servo moves the wrong direction, so right is left and left is right. I initially flipped the servo horn around, thinking it was put on backwards, which temporarily fixed it, but didn't fly very true. I looked up some diagrams and saw that the way I had put it on was wrong, and that the servo actually moved the wrong direction. I reinstalled it and then looked up the proper positions for the switches on the front of the tx, they were in the correct position.
Heres where it is interesting, with the tx and heli on, if I flip the two tx switches that correspond to the aileron to the opposite position, and nothing happens until i hold the aileron control to one side, the servo will move to the incorrect side, and then after a second or so, switch to the proper way. Sometimes it will switch back and forth, pretty much making it unflyable.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I don't know if it is a servo issue, a tx issue, or something else. I guess I could swap aileron and elevator servos and see if it still happens. Which could identify whether its a servo problem or not. But that would still leave the tx and the 3-in-1 as potential causes. Thanks dudes<br type="_moz" />

Switching the aileron and elevator servo connections is a good idea. If the problem is a servo, it will move to the new location of the servo. If the problem is the 3-in-1, the problem will remain with the servo connection on the 3-in-1.
You might also want to carefully rebind. I noticed a twitchy servo last weekend and decided to rebind before checking the servo on the bench. Binding fixed the twitch.
