Default Blade MSR defect?

I was hoping I could get some feedback from other MSR owners on here. I bought an MSR a couple days ago, but I've been having a really hard time getting it to fly well. I noticed that it seemed to be a bit off-balance, and upon closer inspection, it looks to be manufactured off-center. Both the electric motor and the main rotor shaft sit off center. Here is a pic from below:

<table style="width:auto;"> <tbody> <tr> <td></td> </tr> <tr> <td style="font-family:arial,sans-serif; font-size:11px; text-align:right">From Rc heli</td> </tr> </tbody></table>

I think I'm going to take it back to the store tomorrow, but I just want to post here to make sure I'm not crazy.<br type="_moz" />

Don't have one myself, but is this what you are talking about?

It is manufactured offset like that. The question comes up quite often on here.

Ah, thanks.  I still think it's a crappy helicopter.  The tail motor sucks.  It struggles to turn right if I'm increasing the throttle simultaneously.

Each to their own. Mine has been an invaluable trainer thanks to it's robustness even when bouncing off walls constantly. It's saved me a lot of money and time in training for stepping up to CP helis. The tail motor is the only annoying flaw, but I don't expect something that small to handle like a scalpel. However, if you want more precision, hopefully EFlites new flybarless CP micro will fit the bill. Or you could try the Walker micro, but I read quite a few complaints on those as well.
