Default mCPx..Main board issue?

Before I go to the store to invest, anyone seen this?

New mcpx for Christmas. Out of the box radio. 4 flights, one crash, not bad, no obvious damage. Even on first flight, with no inputs, the servos chatter. No biggy. On 4th flight, I couldnt get off the ground. Bird would tip. On inspection, without rotor running, all servos function. As soon as I apply throttle, any input causes the servo to move, but not return to center. Any servo. If I hit the button to kill the motor, controls react as normal.

Re bound the radio, disconnected the server linkages to see if maybe they stick. They dont. Seems to me like with the main motor running maybe not enough power to operate servo correctly.

Ideas. comments?

Thank for any input
