Nano CPX will not hold bind

Every time i start this new NCPX i have to re-bind it to a JR 9303. I am sure i am doing something wrong but do not know what it is. Any suggestions?

I have a MCPX and from time to time it looses bind also. I just make sure I turn the Transmitter off first before I disconnect the battery when I am done flying. I have a DX7.
