It could be a bad motor, but check the gears first, and make sure the shaft is not bent. If all looks good you should replace the motor.

I think by which way it twitching towards. Unplug one and see which way the one going makes the motor spin, lets say clockwise, then which way did it twitch, if it twitch clock wise and it'd be the other motor, if it twitches counter, then it the one you left pluged in.(is that under standable) Worse case is you replace the wrong motor, and have to fix it.
If theres something wrong with my thinking some one correct me.

Jstang50,
Check the gears on the outer and inner shaft and make sure you don't have any teeth that are messed upped. You'll have to remove the canopy and the rear body to check it correctly. If that looks good. Then you probably have a bad motor.. It you have 20 or more hours on the heli, I'd sugguest replacing both motors at the same time. I replaced both motors on my CX awhile back and it was like buying a new heli. It was so quiet and responsive. Also, if it seems like you have less flight time, get new motors, they are only 10 bucks each..
Hope this helps,

Before you change out any motors, Try moving your tail trim to the right little at a time and see if that stops it.
