If it wasnt for the scale fuselage I would swear that someone taped my first flight without me knowing lol I do REALLY like that small tail rotor and the height it sits. Looks like it never touches the ground. Any idea what kind of setup that is??? Oh btw the funniest part of that video I think is every time a part pops off lol

I think it's a direct drive tail setup. That uses a smaller rotor. As for the height, he must have modded it somehow, but I'm not sure exactly what was done...
I think the thing that cracked me up most is how he doesn't even really try to hover or anything. He just hits the gas and hopes for the best! Also, after a hard landing or crash, he doesn't even go over and look at it. He just hits the gas and flies again! LOL

Absolutely! It was not my intention to disparage those guys in any way... They seemed to be having a blast, and actually, that's the whole point!
I say more power to 'em!
I just thought it was funny to watch him go

CT420,
You hit the nail on the head when you said, "They seemed to be having a blast, and actually, that's the whole point! "
The WHOLE POINT, thats the key phrase, having fun and enjoying the flying, crashing and rebuilding. Rebuilding, done that alot, but still having fun.
Hey guys,
How do you copy an original quote from a thread using the "Quote original" button. Always had trouble with that, guess I'm not a computer geek, yet

Thanks man... I used to get frustrated back in my nitro boat days to the point that I thought my head would explode. One day, I was about ready to throw a K&B outboard into the middle of the lake, and it just hit me: 'I'm not having fun. This is like WORK!!!' From that day forward, my attitude changed where my hobbies are concerned. It's supposed to be fun. If it ever stops being fun, it's time for a break...
Here's my 'quick and dirty' guide for using the quote button:
1. Find a post you want to quote
2. Click the quote button at the top right of that post
3. Press and hold <ctrl> then press <End>
4. Press <enter> two or three times
5. Start typing!
6. Submit the post

Hi guys,
I've watch the video several times, still get a chuckle out of it. If you listen very carefully, at about 1 minute and 45 seconds into the video, you can hear the guy say, "This is the first time I've ever flown it".
So actually he's doing okay, I guess. However, I don't believe he's ever read RADD's School.
