I dont know anything about those but heli direct sells an 11.1v 1300 mah lipo and charger for $30.00 so i think that might be better. I have one and it gives 20 min flight times. i have it for sale here check it out. http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemID=210063 I have a pic with the battery mounted so you can see how big it is. here is the link to the page with the battery. the charger isnt that good but they sell a better one at the bottom for 49.00. http://www.helidirect.com/product_in...roducts_id=635

I'm having excellent results with the 800mAh 3-cell from CommonSenseRC. I only get about 10 or 12 minutes, but wow its light. They're 19.95 each (for the 10c). www.commonsenserc.com

Hi guys,
I've got a Thunder Power 2100 mAh battery, but not sure of what type of charger I need for it. It's got the black and red leads to add connectors to plug into the receiver. But the charging leads have a small plug with 4 leads. What type of charger do I need?

Fellas,
I went to the CommonSenseRC web site and they have this charger for $99. It's a little more than I want to spend, but it looks like it would charge many types of batteries. What da ya thing?

The little black balance connector only works with TP charger/balancer.
I have a TP 1320 lipo, and I just removed the TP balance connector, and added a multi connection so it would work with my Hyperion balancer. Also, many other lipo batts. use the multi connector (align, others..)
There is no real standard for plug types on the batteries. They vary from brand to brand. I just put my own connectors on the batteries after I get them.

I have 8 Lipos. A 1700mah 3is the biggest. I use a hobbico MKII to charge them all. It charges all 3 types of batteries and I love it. All you set is the type of battery youre charging and it automatically senses how many cells then It beeps like 10 times when its done charging. I think it charges thm to 85% which is for safety. I never had any probs with it at all. You can hook it up to a car battery for charging on the field but I bought a power pack that plugs into the wall for it. I think I paid 45% canadian
