I've got a Blade CX and am having a ball flying it around the house. But, I've got a question...what's the next best small heli out there, a step up so to speak...
Also, I've seen glo helis flying inverted and know some of these electrics will too, but is there a switch or something on the xmtr for flying inverted??
[sm=confused.gif] thanks for any input, no pun intended...

a blade cp would be probably the best nesxt step. after that a rex.
but for flyin inverted. yes your right there is a switch. you'll find one on the blade cp radio. Its called idel up. some radios have normal, idel 1, idel 2. and you can assign different throttle and pitch curves for each. Ok when you flip this switch the throttle is always on most people have theres set something like
throttle curve:
high stick - 100%
mid stick - 90%
low stick - 100%
pitch curve:
high stick - +10
mid stick - 0
low stick - -10
This setup is what you want for aerobatics. now the down side is that when you flip this switch the motor is always on, and at higher RPM so crashes tend to do more damage. unless you can it the throttle hold switch which cuts the motor.
