Default CPPro -- Maybe expecting too much?

CPP came out of the box yesterday. I must say that I was expecting it to be more RTF--as several here have pointed out, it is not. Even with carefully balanced blades I have lots of vibration, the main gear has lots of axial and radial runout that makes the CPP shake pretty hard during throttle up, gear mesh seems fine, oddly enough. Of course there are plenty of plastic bits in the head assembly, nevertheless I was surprised by the amount of play in all directions. The spindle end play is more than 1/16", I'm sure that contributes to the shakes. LHS does not carry the thin washers for shimming the spindle. NOTE: The CPP maual still shows the stepped washers incorrectly installed. Maybe I am expecting too much? As I said before... good thing I enjoy working on electric helis!
