how much additional weight is too much?

I am wondering how much additional weight is too much for my blade cp pro. I want to add a fuse to the main motor and the tail motor, but I don't particularly want to solder the fuse directly to the wires. So with fuses, and fuse holders I would be adding 15grams to my model.
My bigger battery is an additional 20 grams.
Is 25grams too much additional weight for these things? What would be a good aditional weight to stay under (for upgrades like a metal head, etc)?

Eventually, adding weight would become a problem. 25 grams shouldn't be a big concern.. It's more like trial and error.
The more weight you add, the heli will become less responsive and will put some extra stress on the main motor but that shouldn't be a major concern either, just check the temperature of the motor after flight, weight is okay if your just a backyard flyer or some mild sports stuff.
The weight thing really effects the heli when doing some radical 3D.
Just keep track of how the heli react when weight is added.

Well I added a fuse and Holder to the main motor and No difference in performance. I used the small variety of auto fuse ATM. slightly smaller than the ATC.

Well, speaking of weight, I am trying to decide between a G90 heading lock gyro or a GY240 for my BCPP. A new G90 costs $100, and on ebay a new GY240 costs $75. I am wanting to get into 3D, and am wondering if the increased performance of the GY240 outweighs its extra weight. I am also planning to upgrade to brushless in about 2 months.

I have a brushless motor on my Falcon 3D, the power of a brushless compared to the standard brushed motor will just blow your mind.
The very first time I spooled up my Falcon, the power difference is almost scarry. It took me several hovers just to get the feel of the power difference.
As always, just go slow when upgrading and figure out what everything is for and how it works.
