it got dark on me so didnt get to see if it was going to lose power that flight or not. around 6 minutes its been loseing power... its really getting on my nerves.

A bad servo can cause glitching. If a servo continues to oscillate(continually moves) it will glitch the receiver. Also a bad main or tail motor can cause major glitching. If you can isolate it from the servos, I would change the main motor as they aren't that expensive.

how about a tail motor, cause i really would hate to know the main motor going out already, only about 30 flights on the heli. trying to find out what is messed up is the hard part.

It could easily be one of your motors, and yes they will make it glitch when they go bad.
The single tail motors seem to fail rather quickly on the Pros since they are running pretty hard with a 3 cell lipo.
It is wise to fuse your motor leads as a bad motor can take out your 3in1
