Default Not enough power.

Got a Hummingbird 370 main motor high authority tail motor both with heat sinks and stock everything else. Everythings new. In fixed pitch throttle mode I don't have enough power for take off. Please don't tell me I have to take my head apart and start sanding. I have had similar problems with a FP Dragonfly and resolved that with a new battery. I've put maybe 10 charges on this Blade CP stock battery. Do the stock batteries suck this bad? Haven't flown it since last crash months ago. Crash force was strong enough to chew up main and tail rotor gears, break a tail rotor and cause the tail rotor spindle and bearings to go missing. I just replaced the parts I broke and I'm now sitting on my hands.

Thanks in advance,

Frederick
