Default Lift problems on heli

Ok be gentle guys I am a newbie. just built a new hdx 300 heli. I have the trexstyle head installed. Everything works great and looks great except I have no lift. I also have a blade cp pro and to my understanding when you push the throttle stick up the collective should move down and a decrease in throttle should move the collective back up. The motor spins loking from the top clockwise which is the same as the cp pro. However the blades are pushing the heli down. So my first guess is that the motor is spinning the wrong way but it should spin clockwise correct? If I am a complete moron and have everything backwords go ahead and let me have it but I am frustrated and confused.

Keep it clockwise. Your collective sounds like it is backwards. On a trex head when the servos go up the collective pitch goes up. So when the throttle goes up the servos should go up. This is reversed on a Blade CP pro.

Ok how does one do that because if i reverse the servos then everything else is backwards. Should I just rotate the servos 180 degrees.
