Is This a good move? and if it is, Should I set it up diffrently from the way it comes? (Maybe flat blades?) I would like to uses my 8103H, Will a crystal from Jr worke in a E-flight receiver?

Will it be your first time flying a CCPM machine?
If so, get the training gear, do RADD's, and you should be fine, I would leave it stock while you learn.

you have to have a heli radio that supports that fancy collective/cyclic mixing that the BCP uses. it would probably be better to just take some tension out of the stock radios centering springs, since thats the main problem with the stock TX.
