Default Bind Plug

I know its most likely something incredibly simple, but what is the bind plug used for. I have looked everywhere and cant find its use.

If you ever have to get a new 4-n-1, you will need to put the bind plug into the reciever to get the Tx to bind with the new Rx.

Applies to CX2 and not CX.
