Default microheli.com?

Anyone ever dealt with them? I ordered an aluminum lower head from them last month on the 25th. they said they ship within 24 hours. On the 28th I get a reply stating they shipped. I gave them a few days and didn't get anything so I sent them an email. I get this as a reply.

"Hi Nick,

Your order was sent on 28 Jan 2007 by PO ( Post office ).For 15 day,
it
will arrive. So we are in Viet Nam.Thanks,

HUY,"

I ordered a bunch of parts from MicroHeli. CNC aluminum swashplate, lower and upper rotor hubs, etc. Indeed, the parts came from Viet Nam. Indeed, it took 15 days. Perhaps worse, the package requires a signature. I work during the day, so it took me a few days to get to the post office for the pick up. I feel it was worth the wait. The parts arrived as promised, and worked as promised. Neall

That kind of sucks but at least is reassuring about getting there and being ok. I had them sent to work though so at least I have someone who will sign for them. Did it come via post office?

hehe, i thought they'd learn what is annoying to their customers sooner and hire somebody who is more fluent in english. seems to me it wouldn't cost all that much and would go a long way towards making customers feel comfy about handing over their $$$ to a foriegn company. o wehl...

well worth the wait! I ordered several parts from them for my blade cp pro. I used the least expensive shipping option and it took about 2 weeks. micro heli is a canadian company that manufactures the parts in vietnam.

I just placed another order for some cnc parts for my cx2.

Oddly enough I got the parts in the mail today! Honestly that is pretty darn impressive! Ordered on the 25h and here about 11 days later (4 of those weekend days) from vietnam? Pretty good in my book. I installed the parts and they are GREAT. I'll order from them again.

I knew eventually one of these threads was going to get me to register.

Back in early January when everyone was out of stock for parts and hop-ups for the CX2, my new little bird was grounded and it was driving me crazy not being able to get any parts. Went to Microheli's web site and saw that they had everything i wanted. Called the number on the website and quickly realized that it was a number in Vietnam that had been disconnected. With a little research, found a number to call in Canada and talked with the VP. The guy sounded Vietnamese. He assured me that the parts I wanted were available and that they would ship out of Vietnam. I placed my order with 2-3 day shipping. Day 3 parts showed up by DHL and the envelope did show that it came out of Vietnam.

These guys are good and true to their word.

I wish I would have seen that about 3 weeks ago, I just got my stuff today, a couple day delay becuase no one was here to sign. I didnt know it came from BFE. I wouldnt order from them again personally. They have great stuff; but, horizon is now stocking a lot of there items, and the rest can be found at helihobby.com and they both deliver quite a bit faster.
