Default E-Flight ESC Voltage Cutoff

Can anyone tell me how the E-Flite ESC's act when the Lipo gets low and reaches the hard cutoff? Specifically the 25A ESC from eflite. My question is when it reaches the hard cutoff limit of the lipo does it also start limiting voltage to the BEC powering the RX and servos? I would think no and that would be a bad idea but I wanted to double check and didn't want to run a battery that low testing.

Thanks
Matt
