Default Blade CX forward movement issues!

First post all, and I can't seem to find an answer. Blade CX forward trim all the way forward, but in the slightest of breeze, even joystick full forward it won't move forward. Is there some adjustment I am missing? If so, where? The manual isn't specific. I hate to think this is a perfect weather only outdoor heli.

Thanks

Default RE: Blade CX forward movement issues!

The adjustment is on the ball linkage armature from the servo horn to the Left on the swashplate looking at the swashplate from the rear of the heli. Remove the top end and extend it up a turn or two to get more forward motion almost required for outdoor flying.

This is marketed as an Indoor Helicopter. Even the slightest breeze will send it sailing, especially with the factory rear body; so I've been told.

Some have removed the rear body and installed the boom kits mentioned. I guess it helps, but still very touchy to fly outside.

I think it wise to get REAL good at flying it in your living room before taking it back outside; if You've never flown one before.

Outdoor crashes are almost always more extensive and expensive. I've found that I learn faster when I'm on my last set of blades and in a smaller room! I guess I concentrate more.
