My CX2 came with the red body and I changed it over to the Marine body. I'm in the process of upgrading it(aluminum parts, carbon fiber tail, motors, ect.)I was hoping to find some canopies different than the E-Flite ones. The silver CP Pro canopy looks ok and I've seen blank CP Pro canopies which I've thought about painting my self. I was wondering if they fit the CX2.[sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

i've never tried the cp pro canopy on my cx2, but looking at the 2 in the store it looks like the cp canopy is a bit larger.

Here are a few links for CX2 bodies and other heli's. http://www.mmanrow.20m.com/ http://www.raptorblade.com/ http://darthdrk.4t.com/

Here's a image of a CX2 body I got from mmanrow.

Happy shopping.

Touch wood, I should be getting my Apache body for the CX2 on Monday (from http://www.mmanrow.20m.com/) which will look something like this (with a darker paint job ) http://www.mmanrow.20m.com/apacheb%20019.jpg

I'll post an assembly diary soon

leo,

to answer your question, yes the CP canopy does fit the CX. The CP is a little larger but still works. As mentioned earlier there are currently 4 different bodies for the CX made by Eflite... there are also some aftermarket bodies available.

here's a pic of my mod'd CX2

Try making sure your gain is central in the yaw, roll and pitch before you switch on the transmitter, then plug the battery into the heli and see if that makes a difference
