Default xtreme blade size help

Hey guys i was wondering if u could asist me in some sizes. I am looking fo the thickness of the xtremes blades at the attachment point of the holder where the screw holds the blade. I am machining my own blade grips and need some sizes. Also if posssible the size o diameter of the radius on the same area where they attach to the grips.

I measure with my digital caliper 1.2 mm, 0.04 inch (thickness of the xtremes blades at the attachment point of the holder where the screw holds the blade).

wow is this the norm i thought they would have been thicker where the screw went through the blade, seem a little small to me. I work in the tool and mold industry and .04 of plastic isnt much when it comes to high speeds and hard hits i am very surprised. Well guys wish me luck my blades are on there way but i am going to wait til there here to design the grips for them. I will keep u updated on how they work out

1.2 mm is about average thickness.
The Chinese A/B blades are 1.2 mm, Vortex blades & bladecx2.com blades are 1.3mm.
But the HeliMax EZ blades are 1.5mm, the thickest I have so far.

Good luck with machining your own blade grips. It's nice to be able to make your own.
