Default Another Battery Question

I not good with this kind of stuff so can some one explain to me if this is good.

My stock e-flight battery test at 8.4v if i'm reading my meter right.
I'm not sure how to check each cell but so here are some pictures of what i did. can you guys tell if if i did this right and if my batteries are ok.

on the balance charge lead there are three wires red blue and black.

with my voltmeter on black and red I read 8.4
on the black and blue it reads 4.2
on red and blue reads 4.2

If I'm reading my meter right then it seems my battery are good? Please someone check my pictures to see if I am doing this right.

What you do to check individual cells is correct; black on black and then measure either two or both remaining wires with the red-lead from the voltmeter.
Each cell reading 4.2V is a healthy voltage! That's how its supposed to be .

The lowest/least voltage they are supposed to get is 3.4V, please don't get them below this voltage, as it will be hard to recover them without proper gear.

So no worries Rice!

Thanks for checking my homework.
So I guess my batteries are good and can be crossed of my checklist of possible problems.
Only two more things left. Extreme Blades and Silver Bushings both are on order.
