I'm doing a pre-flight check to see if the gyro is responding properly and sending the proper inputs to the tail servo. To do this, the manual reads to view the servo from the top, give a right rudder input and note the direction of the servo arm, (should rotate towards the front of copter ,which it did.) Then give a fast left rudder input and the servo arm should travel in the same direction. Should the arm rotate opposite ( as mine does) switch the position of the reverse switch on the gyro? If I do that, the switch will be in the reverse setting. The manual states the switch should be in the normal setting. I'm at a loss. Can someone advise me on this? Thanks! SSJYM1

I think you are misreading the manual.
What it wants you to do is give right rudder input on the TX, and note the direction of servo movement.
Then yaw the heli to the left by turning it with your hand (spin the whole heli CCW), and note direction of servo movement.
The tail servo should respond the same on both.
