I just replaced a tail motor on a Blade CP. When advancing the throttle the main rotor spins up fine as well as the tail blade but after adding more power the main rotor dies off and the tail motor spins faster as it should. Not too sure what the problem is. I am running a LiPo 3 cell on it. Any ideas? Thanks

right motor? - i think its a n30 (somebody correct me if i'm wrong on that)
all i can think of except maybe the motor plugs are in the wrong holes?
only way i can think of to test it is to unplug the tail motor and see if the main rotor still works

Went back through and took a look at the wiring and all is in the right place. I am pretty sure it is the right motor as the packaging said it was for the CP. When I unhook the tail motor the main rotor does as supposed to when adding power. Not really too sure where to go on this one.

Im not sure how they ship the tail motors but did it come with the filters on it? if it didnt and you put it on without them that will cause big time glitches.......are the filters on the tail motor?

I believe the motors come with the filter already on it. They set it up as a quick solder to the points and go. Is it a possibility that there could be something wrong with the motor itself? I am just thinking about picking up another one and giving it a shot.
