So my flight time is really short, 2-4 min on a battery(eflights). once my battery hits 7.76 volts I have no more lift. it takes about 2-3 min to hit that point. any ideas, it happens to all my eflight batteries. I have the same issue with my DN packs but they now act like eflite batteries. Any ideas, I also have tried to rebalance them by draining the cell that has more voltage to match the other battery.

Do you have aluminum parts? That will shorten the times. Do you have the stock motors? And how many times have you flown it. When the brushes get to short the flight times will go down. I like the Xtreme motors because you can see when the brushes are getting low and you can't with the stock motors.

Full AL Upper Lower Swash, Xtreme motors, Boomtownhobbies boom kit. 6 eflite batteries and 4 DN 850mah 15c. about 100+ flights since stock, 40 or so since the xtreme motors. I am replacing the brushes on the 180's as I type, soldering iron is warming up. I just flew 6 packs at the gym and I started have more yaw issues, it got progressively worse as i flew. and then the heli was really loosing power i could not correct any yaw at all it just kept spinning.

I got to the point where the metal part around the brushes was riding on the inside of the motor and almost no brushes left. 10 second flights gave that problem away.
