Default 400 vs CX

400 this, 400 that, what ever happended to the cx? Its been a very slow couple of weeks now and I've(we've) only had about 3-4 people to trouble shoot. Either we are getting very good at helping with problems or is everyone just buying a 400?

Well i just keep loosing mine lol

Just to rub it in as well, my extreme carbon boom skids and clear canopy turned up today, now all i gotta do is buy a cx2 to go with it lol

Just for a laugh to see what it could look like i "tried" to fit it to dynam vortex remains, it sort of fits but doesnt really ill post pic up, if i modded it it would fit for any v2 flyers on this forum because they are such a close copy of the cx 2

When you get the CX2 to go with the goodies, you'll see why the Xtreme canopy is has such a long nose on it. All that stuff on the tail requires you to stick the battery pack waaayyyy out front. Other than being just fat a** heavy, it's a good kit.

Theres one on ebay, bust of course, but as some of you know, i like to strip em down and rebuild myself anyway but the bidding ends today and i dont get paid till 25th bummer [:@]

Its only going for £75 ($150) and looks like it only needs blades and shafts replacing and blinging up

Oh well roll on the 25th

I dont know why but im more excited at getting another cx 2 than getting belt cp in a week or so......... thats the wrong way round i know, but thats how it is strangly, the cx2 bug has me

Never fear, I'm getting the CX2 in a few weeks, so I'll be by for advice. I've already bookmarked many of your's and Soloboss's posts, so maybe folks are reading before posting!

Thats what im thinking, especially on eat2muchrice links page seems to cover allmost everything

Or people are just moving on after mastering over christmas and wanting single rotor choppers

Still it is strange though

Bought a CX2 just before Christmas. Last month I got a Blade 400. After two flights and two crashes with the Blade 400 I picked up a Honey Bee Fixed Pitch to learn single rotor flying. Now I'm bashing that around (takes a lickin' keeps on tickin'). Will continue to do so until Spring, at which time I will hopefully have enough skill to make it through a complete battery pack on the Blade 400.

I may be looking to off my CX2 if anyone's interested.

Well had a go of B400 today, over compensated ............. really hit hard !

Bent main shaft and teeth missing off servo [:@]

Lesson learnt : Radd is right, cheating is bad

Oh well back to lhs tomorrow for more parts, and correct size training gear (cx2 training gear a little small for b400 )

Ah ha, yes just remembered, go to lhs tomorrow anyway to pick up what should be all the rest of the cx2 parts i need to make a new one
