Hello all
I Have a great problem for u .....
I have just finished rebuilding the rotor head and now i cant get the correct pitch at H or L throttle ...
The swash has been levelled in with the trueblood leveller so no problems there then everything else measure with vernier callipers ....
i can get 0 at mid throttle but the other pitches are off

Which heli you got I just completely rebuilt my Blade CP/CP2 mix with BL and readjusted all the pitch and swash etc.
Are you using a after market TX as well..
I'm new to this hobby as well so my information might not be right.
What I do is set the Idle on. Motor and tail disconnected.
Move the throttle stick to Middle. Throttle trim up to 0 as well.
Then set the pitch to 0.
then check the pitch at Full should be around 12+
then checkt he down should be around 10-
If you're using stock radio, 2 or 3 threads after you set the pitch to 0, should give you like 6+ or so at mid stick.

Are you saying that the pitch at the top and bottom are different? If so all you have to do is raise or lower the swashplate. You will also have to readjust the pitch at mid stick in throttle up because it will change.

With a pitch gauge and the motor unplugged start going below center stick until the pitch gauge says -3 degrees. Then you should be able to see what the number is for that setting. Then just put that number into the pitch curve for the first setting.

I'm not finish making my friend 400 fly again but if you get the pitch right, at 0 pitch everything on the very complex linkage system should look square.
