Default battery charing problem

Hi ,newbie here I have a blade cx2 and when battery pack is hooked up, both red and green lights flash indicating an error is their a way to fix this ?

Did you discharge the batteries too much in flight? My manuals are buried, but I think it is because the battery is too far discharged. I think the lights also go out after a while? Just plug it in and once the lights go out unplug it and plug it back in. And keep doing that until the lights stay solid. I have done that for a battery once and it worked.
