Default Tail bobs

Hi. I have a blade cp pro with a g110 gyro on it. I started noticing this problem and its a weird one. The tail seems to go up and down and starts shaking the heli. Its not like its wagging it goes up and down. Ive tried adjusting settings and its still doing it. I removed the shaft and it is straight the rear blade isnt broken and I have tried using another and i have the same problem. This might be a unrelated issue but i have been having another tail related problem. When I turn the heli on and it does its init. the tail motor doesn't initialize. I try spinning it thinking theres a dead spot in the motor but it doesn't help. I will unplug the battery and plug it back in and than the tail works. Other than this I have been having fun flying my cp pro. I can hover now and I am working on forward flight. With this bobbing problem it's kinda hard when the heli starts shaking like a crack head.

I have heard problems in the blade grips can make a tail go up and down. Take the links off and rotate the grips by hand and see if they move freely.

Hey ebay,

Like Nick said, check the blade grips...another thing that drove me crazy one time is that I had the bell mixer arms too tight, and it wobbled everywhich way when I was trying to hover.

A quick check for this is to check the flybar for free movement. It should be very, very free to flop around from side to side. If it is stiff at all, check the mixer arm mounting screws, they may be too tight.

Hope this helps,

Glenn

I second this. I took apart the head once and tightened the two screws too much and the helicopter felt very unstable during flight.

Well i figured out what it was. I had one of the bell hiller arms backwards and it would not allow the flybar to move freely. Flipped it around and now it is flying fine now. Thanks for your help.

Glad to hear that you got it straightened out....that's always a good thing!

Thanks for letting us know the fix, and happy flying!
