Hi Guys,

Firend just got a MCX and know liitle Helis. I took his CX2 TX and tried to bind like a CX2. Plug in Heli, turn on TX with trainer switch up and I did until both stopped blinking. HOWEVER everything control wise is BACKWARDS except the throttle HELP

JPEE ~

I don't have my CX2 stock TX with me at the moment as it is back in Washington State, but isn't there little 'dip switches' on the bottom of the TX that you can reverse the settings for the controls that you need to ? Check it out.... If the throttle is fine, I'd leave that but for your Aileron switch the dip switch to see if the control will be what your looking for... I'am pretty sure those dip switches are there.... Its been awhile, as I've been using my DX-7 for awhile now.... Let me know ol' timer....[8D][8D]

Cheers,

~ Jeff

Aren't those switches on the bottom left corner of the transmitter? I think I have seen a picture of one before.

Jeff,

Thanks for your reply. I found by the calling LHS to go to HF freak and this is NOT a new problem. Going there now, but on the phone they said TX may have to come aprt and reverse switches.

PS there are no dip switches THANKS BUNCHES going to HF

JPEE,

Yeah, I agree...I read somewhere that you have to switch the DIP switches on the stock CX2 TX...can't remember which ones which way...but it can't be too hard to figure out what needs to be reversed I wouldn't think...

Let us know how it works out...

I thought you got a new MCX at first when I read this...lol

Glad you found the "secret" ompartment!

When flying a CX/2, switches 1, 6, and 7 should be up... all others should be down.

When flying a mCX, swithes 1 and 8 should be up... all others should be down.
