Boom Town Hobbies has then listed on their site: [link=http://www.boomtownhobbies.com/BoomTownHobbies_O_ring_3pack_for_boom_kits_p/bth020.htm]Link[/link]. I recently bought some replacement fins from then, and it too came with the O-ring [link=http://www.boomtownhobbies.com/BoomTownHobbies_M3_replacement_fin_set_p/bth003.htm]Link[/link]
Like the others said too, take them to a hardware store they might have them if you do not wish to order.

You got it ThAt GuY120... There is a mounting plate that attaches to the rear bar that is used to mount the canopy. The tail boom then mounts into the mounting plate. As you noted, the mounting plate (and attached boom) are "hinged" so that the rear of the boom can lift up. The O-Ring is used to keep the boom from lifting up. The nice part about this design, is that it provides "give" if you land hard on the boom and tail... it just lifts up rather than break. I have the BoomTown boom and have been very pleased with it!

Yep that sounds exactly like mine except for mine has rigid carbon tail support struts with no give. Mine only came with double sided sticky tape which didnt STICK at all so i also wrapped a ziptie from the main plastic shaft around the servos and the little tailboom plate and that holds it rock solid in place. No problems yet. the oring sounds like it may work better.

the rubber band works perfect and I got about 50 for 99 cents it goes from the mid point of the boom where the mid wing is down around the battery holder so the boom does not lift into the prop during flight if anyone else has this prob I suggest buying a pack of assorted size rubber bands thanks guys
