All servos are going to strip unless you get the Hitec HB or MG servos or JR MG servos.

I was thinking the Align DS410 was close to the size of a Hitec 65 and it has metal gears and is digital for $27.99each. But that has not been proven in the B400 and the Hitecs and JR's have.

Here's a good read on the HXT900's. [link=http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=923175&highlight=hxt900]HXT900 Test Thread RCG [/link]

I know the test pilot, GunnyGlow, personally. While it would be a stretch to say these servo's are as good as the Hitec HS65's he was quite impressed with these little guys.

And at $4 each, why bother changing stripped gears?
Just throw away the bad servo and replace it with a new one.

BTW, you can get the HS65HB's from www.centralhobbies.com for $19.99 ea.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, the review by Gunny is post #40.

me again,i just read the thread on the hxt900 servos and seen now the have the metal version.i see the case`s are the same in length and in width.but their deeper.but what i can tell the only placement that worries me is the elevation servo.but it does look like it well fit.heck for the price on either the metal or plastic there still cheaper then the stock.so im going to buy both.so far the only servo i have not repaired or replaced is the tail servo.
