I broke the EFLH2212, Upper Rotor Head & Stabilizer Flybar Hub/Holder and can't figure out how to remove it.
Any suggestions?

O.K simple = Remover the lover gear collar and just pull up on upper head it should come right out. The inner axle will come too. I think its all one unit. Check your Parts list and see what it looks like

Dont forget to line up the flat stop on the shaft where the gear goes back on , there is a notch for the set screw o.k.

Thanks for the quick response. I'll have to order a new inner shaft/hub. My LHS doesn't have any parts in stock.
