I want to put a boom kit and stronger canopy. Found this site, http://www.flyrcrivesud.com/index.html
Anyone ever look into these? I have crashed my CX3 a few times and the body is torn up. (tail end keeps tilting back.)
Any recommendations?
Any pics of other set-ups?
I also looked at Boomtown Hobbies. Looked pretty cool but seems everything is for CX/CX2. I assume I can use all the upgrades if I change the battery holder.
Thanks in Advance,
Chris

Ya I've changed from the stock body to a carbon fiber and also used a carbon boom after changing to a cx2 bat holder. Makes it easier to replace battery and make any adj. to the 3-in-1. The body is real carbon fiber and seams really rugged compared to the OEM plastic body. I really hated the body anytime I needed to fix/replace something. I also use the cx2 skids. Much more durable than the cx3 skids. If you go this route you'll also need to by the kit that supplies the little rods to hold the body. May not be as realistic as stock but easier to live with. I might have to purchase those flexi parts though, very niiice.
