Hi,
tonight Iunfortunately plugged the battery with the wrong polarity (don't ask me how Imanaged that
), on my Blade CX2.
The AR6100e doesn't make the orange light anymore and the 3 in 1 unit blinks green and red. I don't know if both are broken or only the transceiver. How can Itest this?
Is there a way to repair these parts? In case, this is a no, should Ibuy a 4 in 1 unit or a new transceiver (in case only that one is broken)?
The problem is that I come from Europe and parts are very expensive here
Thanks for help!

Actually,
I just plugged it and unplugged it 3 times, just to see. The 3 in 1 unit reacted every time differently. First time it blinked only red, second time it was solid red and third time it was blinking red very quickly and then stopped for a while and started again a bit randomly.
That doesn't look good...

If I had to guess I would start with the 3 in 1. I have pluged in the power to the rx backwards before and it was ok. I dont think there is any protection on the 3 in 1 for plugging it in backwards because you shouldnt be able to do that with the stock plugs. If you know any one that fly's airplanes see if you can use a switch and a recriver battery pack and just test the receiver, but make sure that the 3 in 1 is disconnected from the receiver.

The advice that you have received so far is valid, but the guy who can probably answer your question and fix your problem can be found at http://www.radiocontrolrepair.com/ He upgraded a 4 in 1 and a 3 in 1 for me with good results.

Hi guys,
Iactually ordered a new 4 in 1. It is better than figuring out which part is broken and paying more shipping fees. If it breaks down, Iwill send them both to this repair service.
Now, I don't want to make the same mistake again, can any of you pointing to an images guide of how to plug the 4 in 1 unit?
Many thanks,
Dimple42

It is pretty straight foward as to how the 3-1 plugs in. In the picture showing the drivers side of the heli LEFT the bottom wire on the 3-1 goes to the that motor facing you. Clearly the other motor plugs into the top of the 3-1. For the other side that is the receiver side, they are all labeled too.
Hope this helps!

Hi,
this was the image Iwas looking for with 4 in 1, not 3 in 1:

I could mount it until Ibroke my screwdriver so I can't finish. Anyways, Ithink my outershaft is bent!
