MCX Spins left at full throtle

] My MCX spins left at full throtle with a fully charged battery. As battery goes down, heli will not fly above ground effect and spins left uncontrolabley. I have replaced the board twice alredy for the same condition, once under warenty. ***? [sm=confused.gif][sm=48_48.gif]
