Ypgtading Li-po oack can I keep the same ESC
I am upgrading the Lipo pack on my WM Mustang. It has a 400 brushless motor and a 30Amp ESC. If I go to a 2450mah 3Cell 30c battery instead of the 2150mah 3cell 10c I am using now would I need to change the 30A ESC. The motor is the brushless outrunner that came with the Model. I also have a 2200 mah 3cell 20c Li=po pack will that also work with the 30A ESC.

I agree with DR_chuckie, however, be aware of the weight change. Even a small increase in battery weight will affect the flight characteristics.

Somtimes for little warbirds it makes them fly better. They cut through the wind better but you have to add a little throttle when comming in to keep it from a hard landing. I think the 2450mah battery is around 7.7 ounces.
