Default Maximizing Available Power

This isn’t your everyday problem but,

If a plane is limited to a maximum of 20A and could only use NiMH batteries, how could we maximize how much thrust we get out of the available 20A?

Motor and ECU have no restrictions other than the they can have no more than 20A of current or the fuse will break leading to no thrust which can be a problem when in an airplane.... lol

I’m going to leave it open to idea by not putting many of my ideas up there to see what develops.

So feel free to get creative.
