Default 4010 duo reading wrong voltage now- help

Here's the scoop guys. I was trying to discharge a 6s battery on my 4010 duo with my lipo connection solutions 36v power supply (3 server power supplies in series).I plugged in my fully charged 6s battery and it shows 23.5v, when it was really fully charged at 25.2v as confirmed with lipo checker and spare icharger. I noticed one of the 3 power supplies no longer turns on- no idea what's wrong with it. I'm thinking the last time i used it to charge, it died during the charge and may have damaged my 4010. Anyone have a similar experience or know what the hell happened?
