Ok, I know some people might argue these aren't "planes" but I don't want to start a flame ware about that
My question is.. does anyone know what the difference is between the Firebird XL and the Firebird 400?
I'll have you know I learned how to fly on a Firebird XL! Great little plane.. I'm now flying helicopters and regular 4 channels! All self-taught
I liked the XL... great little starter.

Is there a Firebird 400? I'm aware of the original, the Outlaw, the II, the IIST, the XL, the Fighterbird, and Commander. That's not including the three Aerobird models.
Basic differences are in the overall size of the model. There are minor differences in wing shape as well. Some have enhanced control systems.

The Firebird XL 400 is a copy sold in the UK. It can be seen [link=http://www.smartech-europe.com/Firebird_XL_400/firebird_xl_400.html]here[/link].

I thought I read somewhere that they are the Firebird 403 (at least) is made by the same company in China that makes the Firebird, Aerobird, etc. Check out this link for more info: http://www.gowhere.com.hk/eshop/prod...67e5139d462615
