Default Looking for TINY Pushrods

Hey everybody,

Looking for some help. I am fairly new to the hobby of RC planes.. Currently building my second plane.. the Graupner, Spririt of St. Louis ARF.

I screwed up after sliding in the aileron pushrod's (not the sleeve, but the wire)
I trimmed them too short and am now looking for replacement wire for them. Problem is they are really small in diamater.

Could someone point me in the right direction to buy really, really micro pushrods? I live in nashville, and the Hobby-Lobby is based here but they don't carry anything that small. (the plastic sleeves are pre installed or I would just replace the whole thing, but the sleeves are already glued in place. so I only need the wire.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Do you need threaded wire or what? I just use piano wire for my pushrods, and bend really tight angles with a needle nose. Im sure the LHS has piano wire, but I dont know if thats what you want or not?

Yes, piano wire is what you want.

Hobby Lobby doesn't carry piano wire? I find that hard to believe. My LHS carries piano wire down to .020". If that's not small enough... Anything smaller is a light bulb filament

I am using 1/32" music wire as pushrods for my park flyer.
