Default Plastic Cowl Suggestions??

What makes good, lightweight plastic round cowls for planes? I've got directions in a construction guide for a scratch-built Skyraider that used the bottom of plastic bottles (like water or soda bottles) but most of the ones I've found are irregular shaped. I'm interested in something actually smooth and rounded? Any suggestions?

I used one from a Guillows SE5 kit. It is kind of expensive just for a cowl, but I also wanted the machine guns.

You don't have to settle for the shape the bottle comes in, either. They can be shaped with a hobby heat gun and a plug mold to shrink them over.

Try "coffee Mate" coffee creamer containers they come in several sizes and have good shape.
Also try those disposable plastic Tupperware type containers, rubermaid and Glade make them.
I, like Matt Kirsch have also shrunk pop bottles over a wood mold turned on a lathe, with good
results.
