I built a small foamie and used the motor and gear box from a Merlin park flier. I have it set up with 4 chanels and a Castle Creation Pixies 20 sub micro motor control. I have done all the programing over and over and all the servos work but the motor wont run. all the trims and sub trims on my Hitec 7 chanel are set as low as they will go. The motor runs great if hooked up to the battery direct. I'm using a 7 cell NIMH. Anyone got any ideas?

Try reversing the throttle channel. Center all trims, set the travel to 100% in both directions too.
