PLEASE tell me what the third blue wire is for on my new battery pack????????

I'm not sure of the make of your pack, but "Thunder Power" is putting a cell balancing circuit on their packs that are 3 wire (2 cell) and 4 wire (3 cell) connections in addition to the power leads.
