Plane won't auto recover from a dive...
I've heard that if your CG is setup correctly the plane should auto recover from a shallow dive (10-15 deg). When I enter a shallow dive and let off the controls the plane just continues the dive. I'm adjusting CG with my lipo pack. Should I move the pack back further, add weight to the tail while keeping the CG as is or adjust the trim?

Some planes simply won't "auto recover" from a dive no matter what you do. It depends on the plane.
To make the plane more stable in pitch, or seek its own level, you would actually move the battery pack forward.

Xray:
You can see, when you add more weight to the nose you would need more up trim to make the plane fly level at cruising speed. At higher speed, as in a dive, that up trim translates to more lift. When you get more flying under your belt, you may like the neutral trim, stays where you put it in a dive. This is the way pattern planes are trimmed. Hope this helps.

Actually, if you your plane will continue in a straight line on a 45 degree dive when you let go of the sticks your CG is perfect. If it tries to pull out of the dive by itself, you are nose heavy. Depending on your level of experience, you probably are best off if the plane just does what you tell it to do.
