Hi All
I have been flying gas, and ni-cad electric planes for about 29 years and I just got my first li-ion and li-ion batterys . they came in a wakera 36 r/c heli and I have figured out the chargers are total crap and I am wondering if my Victor engineering super IQ charger will charge trhese batterys it is fully programable to charge rate timed or peaked ect... will this work and if so can someone give me some guide lines for doing this

fax machine wont do li-pos. time to retire that relic and invest in a lipo charger

Man thats just cold

He's just telling you like it is. You need a lipo charger, anything else will damage the battery at least and cause fires and other damage or worse

I just had to come to Jesus about my charger I paid over $250.00 for it 10 years ago it is great for ni-cads but I was wondering would it work for li-ion batts I know it wont work for li-polys so what charger would you guys recomend I hear a lot about the GP Triton and the Minion?
