Default Which plane to buy?

Which plane should I buy if I am looking for an electric powered airplane that is RTF and not made of foam and is also very durable, all for under 150 dollars? and where would I buy it?

The only airplanes that I know in that price range are foam. Park Zone makes the Slo-v, J3 Cub, Super Decathlon, and Stryker. Hobby Zone makes the Firebird Commander, Firebird Freedom, and Aerobird Challenger.
