Default Mini Telemaster Mod

Hey,

I am think of making a mini telemaster as a camera plane. If dont already know, the mini telemaster is a 3 channel plane. I want to put ailerons on it.

There were two things that i was going to do.

1.) Full wing length ailerons.
2.) Reduce the dihedral from 7 degrees to about 3 degrees.

Will this work???

What rules/hints/tips must you do when transfer a plane from 3 channel to 4.

Cheers

It will work. However, I'm not sure why you need to add ailerons in order to hang a camera on the Mini Telemaster. I have flown mine with two different cameras, one of which weighs abotu 250 grams, on the stock wing, and I don't think that having ailerons would present any real advantages on this design. Just my unsolicited opinion. It does seem to make a pretty good camera ship though.

edit: also, check over on wattflyer.com. IIRC, there was a Mini Telemaster build thread there a while back where the builder added ailerons. That should give you some useful info to get started.
