Default GP mini slinger

I just purchased the Greatplanes mini slinger. Everything is stock except for the 11.1 350mah lipo pack. Flew it tonight for the first time. Took about 3 launch attempts before I figure out how to hand launch it. The prop got me in the hand 3 times and drew blood, ouch!!! However the thing flies great and smooth. Sounds cool too!! It is one tough plane. Flew it right into a tree. Dead one at that!! Did only minor damaged. Nothing a little duck tape won't fix. If that had been a wood airplane it would have been a total loss. Hit a branch right on the right wing. Where that tree come from anyways. Jump right out there and got my plane. Was flying out in back of my house. I got a 2 acre place with a 1 acre flying pasture. The horses don't mine sharing. As long as I don't land on them. I think I will take it to the club flying field where there isn't any trees!!!!!!

Sounds like a whopping success to me

How are you launching? When I got my Zagi, the instructions recommended launching it by holding it over your head like a pizza on a tray. A guy in my club launches his discus-style, inverted.
